Villa Electra Paxos – Policies
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:30 AM
Prepayment & Payment Methods
- Prepayment: Guests are charged 100% of the total price upon reservation.
- Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent within 48 hours; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Allowed until June 1st.
- Cancellation after June 1st: 100% of the prepayment will be charged.
- No-show: The total reservation amount will be charged.
- Early Departure: 100% of the remaining stay will be charged.
- Bank Transfer: Proof of payment must be sent within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.
General Policies
- WiFi: Free wireless internet is available in all areas.
- Parking: Free private parking is available on site (no reservation needed).
- Apartments: All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Children & Extra Beds Policy
- All children are welcome.
- There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
Damage Deposit
- No damage deposit is required. However, in case of damage, guests will be requested to cover the relevant costs.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed.
