• Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:30 AM

Prepayment & Payment Methods

• Prepayment: Guests are charged 100% of the total price upon reservation.
• Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent within 48 hours; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Allowed until June 1st.
• Cancellation after June 1st: 100% of the prepayment will be charged.
• No-show: The total reservation amount will be charged.
• Early Departure: 100% of the remaining stay will be charged.
• Bank Transfer: Proof of payment must be sent within 48 hours, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.

General Policies

• WiFi: Free wireless internet is available in all areas.
• Parking: Free private parking is available on site (no reservation needed).
• Apartments: All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Children & Extra Beds Policy

• All children are welcome.
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

Damage Deposit

• No damage deposit is required. However, in case of damage, guests will be requested to cover the relevant costs.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
